MEGAMAKEUPSTORE.COM RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Original shipping and handling fees are credited back to the original form of payment if the return was a result of our error. Purchases on MegaMakeupStore.com must be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase date, to receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). Items more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.

Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and/or packaging.  Or, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.  The original packing slip must be included with your Return Authorization#.

Allow up to 14 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a credit.  We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

SHIPPING POLICIES

MegaMakeupStore.com ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  Currently, MegaMakeupStore.com will ship to international addresses with additional international shipping cost – For U.S. orders and shipping with MegaMakeupStore.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States.  Additionally, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.  Select items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) will incur additional shipping/handling cost and are shipped UPS Ground only.   Some oversized and/or overweight items (150 pounds or more will incur an additional fee and are shipped UPS Freight.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will process in one day Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday.  All expedited and/or priority orders must be placed by 12 noon EST to be processed on the same business day.  All orders placed after this, will be processed the following business day. Please allow for additional delivery time for all APO/FPO addresses due to military handling. We do understand “Production Priority Shipping” and will be happy to send your order out immediately.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosol items, alcohol-based products, items that contain contents under pressure and others (e.g. brush cleaner, hairspray, nail polish).   Items containing flammable chemicals are required to be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via Air.  All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additional HAZMAT charges will apply for special shipping of all Hazardous Materials.
